1. Go to your user page .
2. Scroll down until you see the league/draft you want to update.
3. Select your team name in the Franchise column.
4. On your Franchise page, scroll to the bottom.
5. You will see a box with owner options.
6. In this box, select Franchise Setup, enter your password, and click on go.

You are now on your Franchise Setup page.   On this page you can add/delete a logo/icon, change your Franchise Name, Turn off Emails, Turn on computer control, or Change your password.

Go to your Franchise Setup page for the league/draft, uncheck the box by "Send email for each draft pick" and the emails will stop.

When you signed up for your user account, a special confirmation message is sent to the address you entered.   You simply click on the link in this message to confirm your email address.   If you cannot click on the link, just copy and paste the link into the address field in your browser.

If you did not receive the automated confirmation, are you a member of AOL?   About half of the people with AOL email people don't receive the confirmation message.   Something about SPAM filters.

If that's the case, the best solution is to create a free hotmail or yahoo account just to use for AntSports.

If you do have the confirmation message and are still having trouble confirming your email address, forward that entire message to us at AntSports@yahoo.com and we will confirm your address by hand.

In the left bar of any AntSports page click on the Find User Name link.   Enter the necessary information, and it will take you to your user page.   We recommend bookmarking or adding this page to your favorites as you may access it often.   This is the only page that may update your email address.

1. Go to your user page.
2. Scroll down until you see the league/draft you want to update.
3. Select your team name in the Franchise column.
4. On your Franchise page, scroll to the bottom.
5. You will see a box with owner options.
6. In this box, the Draft option should be selected for you.   Enter your password, and click on go.

You should now be on the draft page.

Go back to your team/franchise page and check the "Draft Options" input box.   You probably have "TOP32" players or something similar selected.   Choose "ALL", enter your password, hit go, and you should see all of the NFL players.

If you have "ALL" selected and still don't see a player, please email AntSports.

Go to your Franchise Setup page.   There you can change your Franchise Name, add/delete logos/icons, turn off emails, turn on computer control, or change your password.

You must update your email address on your user page.  When you update it there, it updates it for everything.   If you don't remember where your user page is go to Find User Name and enter the necessary information.

The SECRET to an enjoyable draft is to use the pre-draft feature for every pick.   The pre-draft feature allows you to build a list of players for your next turn, instead of waiting for your turn.   For example, say your pick is 5 turns from now.   If you pre-draft a few players now, when it's your turn, the computer will select a player for you from your pre-draft list.

Here's how I recommend using the pre-draft feature.   No matter how far away your next selection is, always pre-draft 3 or 4 players. You don't need a huge list, just a few players.   In the mid rounds and rounds that follow, you usually end up with your first or second choice.

If everyone uses the pre-draft feature, your draft will finish in about quickly.   It's up to you.

The pre-draft is done on your draft page.

1. Select which round you want to pre-draft for at the top of the page.
2. Select the players you want to pre-draft. You can select multiply players for the same position by holding down the ctrl key while clicking with your mouse.
3. Once you have the players you want to pre-draft selected, click on "Build Pre-Draft Player List"
4. Now click on the buttons to specify the priority order for the pre-draft selection.
5. When you have everything like you want it, click on "Submit Pre-Draft Selections"

Your pre-draft selections for that round have now been submitted.

Pre-drafting can be done for multiple rounds, but is not recommended for the real draft.

Most public drafts will start after the 2nd full week of preseaon is complete. I usually spread the draft start times out and across several day. Note, the drafts will take 4 to 10 days to complete with a break if needed for Labor Day. The draft start time for you league is posted on your league homepage.

Last year we filled up all of our leagues, including starting over 50 new leagues during the last week of August.   We will do our best to fill up the leagues before the drafts start on Aug 22rd, but if necessary, we will do one of several things:

• Delay the draft start.
• Disband a non-filled league of matching types and move franchises.
• If the league is a 12 team league, I would consider reducing it to 10 teams.

Don't worry, we're working on filling the leagues everyday.   Everything will be OK.

You can do several things:

• Remember to pre-draft .   Pre-Drafting more than one round in a real draft is not recommended.
• Go to a place at your vacation spot with public internet access, i.e. a library, internet cafe, college, etc. and periodically check in.
• Have a VERY trusted friend help you out.
• Call and check in with AntSports periodically to help you get your picks done.

You will also want to post a message in your league's message board to let them know that some of your picks may be a bit delayed.   This helps keep tempers down.

AntSports Private Leagues are exact copies of the public leagues except that the signups are controlled by a password.   AntSports is the commish.   Cost and prizes are the same as AntSport's normal public leagues.

You can add logos for your team/franchise via your Franchise Setup page.

You can find out your draft position once you have paid for your team. Upon receipt of payment, a view draft position link will appear by your team on your user page. Click on this link, enter your password, click on go, and your draft position will appear.

If you turned computer control on yourself, you can shut it off via your Franchise Setup page.   If it came on because your selection timed-out in the draft, then it cannot be turned off.   However, if you go in and pre-draft, the computer will use your pre-draft selections for its picks.

SMD status is usually updated within 15 minutes of after the completion of the ENTIRE mock draft.

If your mock draft team was on the clock for more than 8 hours, your team goes under computer control and you lose your SMD status.   You will need to requalify under a normal mock draft.

You should pre-draft and put yourself on computer control via the Franchise Setup page.   If you enable computer control yourself, you can disable it later, and you do not lose your SMD status.   The computer control will also use your pre-draft selections for your picks.

You have to turn cookies on as follows:

1. At the top, under the Tools menu, choose "Internet Options..."
2. Choose the "Privacy" tab.
3. Near the bottom on the right, choose "Edit..."
4. In the empty box "Address of website", enter http://Talk.AntSports.com and click the "Allow" button.
5. Keep hitting OK, until the menus go away.
6. Close all your browser windows. Now re-open them so the new settings take affect.
