Members are asked to report any offensive posts to the forum administrator through the "Report this post" link that appears on each post or e-mail AntSports with the pertinant information.

1. NO PERSONAL ATTACKS/FLAMING:
   Do not post personal attacks (i.e. name calling, hostile remarks, accusations, etc.) against other members of this message board. No diminishing of someone's character.

   Do not post messages that advocate harm or death to anyone, threaten the livelihood of anyone, or otherwise harass anyone. Do not send email, snail mail, phone, fax, or other messages to anyone who has posted on our board if your intent is to threaten or harass.

   Debate is welcome, but please debate ideas and opinions - not personalities.

   Do not post racist, sexist, homophobic, ethnic, hate speech, or religious slurs.

   If another member of this board drives you into fits of rage, ignore them. If there is an instance where a member is causing problems or doing something inappropriate in a thread, please do not respond to the post. This just bumps it back up to the top of the board and draws more attention to it. Take the high road, report it to AntSports, and just let it go.

   If you just can't get along with other people, and seem to repeatedly cause trouble, eventually we will decide that your presence is a disruption and will ban you.

   Continued disruptive behaviour or excessive abusive behaviour will NOT be tolerated.

   Try not to take things personally. A thick skin is usually required to participate on this or any message board.

   Attack the post, not the Poster -- A little respect goes a long way.

2. NO SWEARING:

   No excessive swearing. Avoid using bad/offensive language. Mild cursing may possibly be tolerated in moderation but be careful of your tone, especially against fellow posters.

   If you're going to post something that really needs the questionable language to achieve the desired humorous effect, put a profanity warning in the subject line. If you're in the middle of a thread and feel the need for an expletive, star out some of the letters.

3. NO OFFENSIVE CONTENT:

   This includes, but is not limited to:

   • Gore and excessive violence.
   • Pornography and strongly sexually suggestive material.
   • Other material generally considered rude, vulgar or crass.
   • Links to gratuitous examples of the above is prohibited.

4. NO ILLEGAL CONTENT:

   This includes, but is not limited to:

   • Material related to illegal drugs and drug use.
   • Material related to making weapons and explosives or committing crimes.
   • Pirated/illegal music, software, or other products.

5. NO ADVERTISING OR SPAMMING :

   This includes, but is not limited to:

   • Postings that are designed "only" to drive traffic to a members site, event, competition, or affiliated merchant site will be removed or edited as appropriate.

6. NO MEMBER IMPERSONATION:

   Do not create a username on the board impersonating, offending, or extremely similar to an existing board member's username.

   Do not impersonate another member(s) by changing your username to the same as another member for purpose of defaming their character or posting offensive material under that username.

7. NO MEMBER EXPOSURE:

   Do not post personal information about any other person, even if that information is publicly available. You may not post anyone's private information without their consent.

   Do not post e-mail messages without individuals prior consent.

8. GENERAL GUIDELINES:

   Try to refrain from making post of the nature "check your email" or "please email me" Making those posts only force posts that may be of interest and value to the rest of the members off of the board.

   Please do NOT make GO TO CHATROOM posts. These will be deleted. These chatrooms are neither endorsed by, controlled, monitored, nor affiliated with AntSports.

   Be courteous with your signatures. Signatures containing large graphics or scrolling flashing graphics are frowned upon. We want to ensure bearable loading times for modem users, and readability on all monitors.

   Please do not post messages or subject lines that are entirely in capital letters, unless you are trying to indicate yelling or intense emotion. In the internet world, this is considered shouting and is difficult to read.

   Please try to stay on topic. If you must change the topic, start a new discussion thread.

   Threads that are in the wrong place will be moved or removed, depending on number of offenses.

   Please address any disputes you may have to the mods/admins privately through email, not on the board.

   AntSports does not verify the validity of the content in message board posts. Use your own discretion.

   On rules issues the word of Antsports personnel is final. The word of their appointed AntSports message board staff on rules issues is final unless overruled by the AntSports site hosts. It is unlikely that a staff decision will be overruled.

    You assume all liability and actions for your posts and agree not to hold AntSports and/or any of the affiliates thereof liable for any of your actions.

    AntSports is not responsible for any incidents/damages whatsoever that may be a result of your actions while [not limited to] visiting, posting, linking, replying or browsing any pages or links that maybe found or associated with AntSports.com.

    Repeated violations of our rules will result in a revocation of your posting privileges.

    AntSports reserves the right at its sole discretion to erase, discard, etc., any messages that may be offensive to others or AntSports as a whole.

    If you think someone is breaking any of the rules listed here, please click the "Report This Post" link on the offending post or send AntSports an email so a moderator can deal with it. This is a very busy message board, and we can't enforce the rules unless we know when people break them.

    Please be aware that any threats against members, as well as threats against the AntSports staff (on the board, via private message, telephone, email, fax or other written or verbal method) will be turned over to the responsible authorities and the offender will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

    ABOUT THE MODERATORS

    The moderators on the AntSports Message Board are volunteers. They provide their time and their good judgment to this website free of charge, and the site hosts of this website are grateful for their help.

    The only people on this board with the authority to speak or act on behalf of AntSports are the site hosts. The moderators only represent AntSports when they are performing their official duties.

    If you think a moderator has acted inappropriately, please contact one of the site hosts so we can deal with it.

    Please do not publicly complain about a moderator or your thread will be deleted. Moderators are volunteers who provide a valuable service to this website, and as such they do not deserve to be publicly reprimanded or second-guessed.

    ABOUT THE ADMINISTRATORS

    Occasionally, the administrators of this website will make decisions that are not popular. That is life. We have given up trying to make everyone happy, because it is simply not possible. We don't have the time or patience to entertain angry discussion threads second-guessing the choices we make. If a banned person claims they were treated unfairly, please keep in mind that there are two sides to everything, and that person is probably only telling you one of them.

    The administrators of this website are very busy people. Feel free to contact us about any issue by email, but please bear in mind that we may not be able to respond immediately, and we may not give you the answer you want to hear.

    BANNING

    If you are banned you will respect the decision of this board and will not sign up with a different alias as an effort to defraud the good will of this board nor its member base by doing such.

    There is no specific amount of ban warnings a member can receive before they are permanently banned, banning is based on the severity of the individual or sum of the multiple offenses.
